“DICE” project aims to enhance digital citizenship by creating an educational program, implementing inclusive strategies, and training adult educators across five EU states. With an innovative digital toolkit, the project promotes digital awareness and inclusion in adult education and various sectors across the EU.

On the level of implementation, DiCE’s target groups are primarily adult educators, who, through their participation in DiCE’s actions they will built their capacity to use the results of the project for the strengthening of active citizenship in local communities and particularly, within youth populations.
